HOW TO CREATE A SEGMENTATION MODEL IN POWER BI

Segmentation is a tricky topic generally, as it relies on identifying the crucial characteristics that increase likelihood of conversion; and implementing effective tools to support that process is difficult. We are talking predictive analytics here, and at least in the charity sector, we want to know what factors influence chance of giving. We can then select the most responsive segments for a mailing. But how do we go about answering that question in the first place? I gave it a shot and built a solution in Microsoft's Power BI.
